1. Scope and roles
Reservo provides WhatsApp automation and rental operations software to car rental businesses. For account, billing, security, and service-administration information, Reservo determines why that information is processed.
For customer conversations, rental inquiries, leads, and appointments processed on behalf of a rental operator, that operator generally determines the purpose of processing. The rental operator is responsible for its customer notices, lawful basis, consent requirements, and instructions to Reservo.
2. Information we process
- Waitlist information, including the email address submitted, signup source, signup time, and recorded consent time. Some earlier entries may also contain a name supplied before the signup form changed.
- Account information, including a user’s name, email address, password hash, account identifier, and account creation date.
- Agent configuration, including business name, assistant name, connected phone number, system instructions, selected AI model, and automation status.
- WhatsApp conversation information, including contact identifiers, phone numbers, message content, message timestamps, and provider message identifiers.
- Rental lead and booking information, including customer-provided intake fields, vehicle preference, dates, eligibility details, handoff reason, status, and source information configured by the operator.
- Appointment information, including scheduled time, duration, vehicle, summary, status, contact number, and operator notes.
- Fleet information, including vehicles, rates, deposits, locations, features, descriptions, availability settings, and uploaded vehicle images.
- Technical and service information, including authentication tokens stored in the browser, tool events, error records, connection status, and operational logs.
3. How information is used
- Maintain the Reservo waitlist and send launch updates requested by people who join it.
- Provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure Reservo accounts and workspaces.
- Connect an operator’s WhatsApp account and receive or send messages as instructed by the operator.
- Generate AI-assisted replies, qualify rental inquiries, search configured fleet information, create leads, and schedule appointments.
- Display conversations, operational metrics, leads, appointments, and fleet information to authorized workspace users.
- Troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, maintain service reliability, and improve product workflows.
- Meet contractual, legal, regulatory, and security obligations that apply to the service.
4. AI and third-party processing
Reservo sends relevant prompts, conversation history, agent instructions, and tool context to the AI model provider selected or configured for the workspace. The current product supports models routed through OpenRouter. Operators should not configure the service to collect information that is unnecessary for a rental workflow.
WhatsApp connectivity, hosting, database, storage, and other infrastructure providers may process information to deliver their services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and the agreements under which Reservo uses them.
6. Retention and deletion
Waitlist records are stored in Reservo JSON signup storage while the waitlist program is active. To request access, correction, or removal of a waitlist entry, email hello@reservo.ma. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable record-retention requirements.
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, meet contractual requirements, and comply with applicable law. Retention can vary by data type, workspace configuration, service agreement, backup cycle, and legal obligation.
Deleting an agent or account may remove associated operational records from active systems, but residual copies can remain in backups, logs, or records that must be retained. Operators should contact Reservo through their account support channel for deletion requests and workspace-specific retention details.
7. Privacy choices and rights
People on the Reservo waitlist can send privacy requests to hello@reservo.ma.
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to verification and legal exceptions.
Customers who interacted with a rental operator through WhatsApp should normally contact that operator first because the operator controls the rental relationship and customer workflow. Reservo account users can submit requests through the support contact identified in their account or service agreement.
8. International processing
Reservo, rental operators, and service providers may process information in different countries. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the responsible party should use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for that processing.
9. Children
Reservo is a business service for rental operators and is not directed to children. Operators should not use Reservo to intentionally collect personal information from children where doing so is prohibited or unnecessary.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates may be communicated through the service or the contact method associated with an account.
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the Reservo support channel identified in the applicable account, Order Form, or service agreement.
