1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service apply to access to and use of Reservo. A separate Order Form, subscription confirmation, or service agreement may add or replace terms for a particular customer. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted customer-specific agreement controls.
A person creating an account represents that they are legally able to enter an agreement and, when acting for a business, are authorized to bind that business. Reservo is intended for business use by rental operators and their authorized personnel.
2. Accounts and access
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Protect account credentials, devices, tokens, WhatsApp sessions, and connected phone numbers.
- Limit access to authorized personnel and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through the account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. The service
Reservo provides tools for WhatsApp messaging, AI-assisted replies, rental inquiry intake, fleet information, leads, appointments, and team workflows. Features can change as the product develops, and some functionality depends on third-party services or customer configuration.
Reservo does not itself rent vehicles, approve drivers, set rental policies, verify documents, process vehicle handover, or become a party to agreements between an operator and its customers.
4. AI output and human review
- AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular customer or legal requirement.
- The operator is responsible for policies, fleet information, qualification fields, model selection, approvals, and the actions taken from generated output.
- Price, availability, eligibility, safety, legal, financial, and exceptional customer decisions should be verified before reliance or confirmation.
- Operators must provide a meaningful human escalation path where required by law, customer expectations, or the risk of the workflow.
5. Customer data and permissions
The operator retains responsibility for information submitted to Reservo or processed through its connected WhatsApp account. The operator grants Reservo the limited rights needed to host, transmit, analyze, display, and otherwise process that information to provide and secure the service.
The operator must have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to connect WhatsApp, upload fleet content, process customer messages, use AI providers, and instruct Reservo to perform the configured workflows.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Reservo for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, harassing, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not send spam, unlawful marketing messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp or applicable communications rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another tenant, introduce malicious code, probe infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use AI output as the sole basis for decisions that produce unlawful or significant effects on a person.
- Do not upload or request sensitive information unless it is necessary, lawful, appropriately protected, and supported by the service agreement.
7. Third-party services
Reservo depends on services that may include WhatsApp, AI model providers, OpenRouter, hosting, databases, and storage. Third-party terms, policies, availability, and technical changes can affect Reservo functionality.
The operator is responsible for maintaining compliant third-party accounts and connections. Reservo is not responsible for third-party suspension, policy changes, outages, data practices, or acts beyond Reservo’s reasonable control.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Fees, billing frequency, included usage, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms are stated on the applicable pricing page, checkout, Order Form, or service agreement. Third-party WhatsApp, message, AI, or provider costs may be separate.
Except where applicable law or a customer-specific agreement states otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable and unpaid amounts may result in suspension or termination.
9. Ownership and feedback
Reservo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, interfaces, documentation, and related technology. Customers retain their rights in customer data and materials they provide.
Feedback may be used to improve Reservo without restriction or payment, provided it does not require disclosure of customer confidential information.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, third-party platform restrictions, or conduct that threatens Reservo, customers, or others. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to cure may be provided.
Upon termination, rights to use the service end. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Reservo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific business result, the accuracy of AI output, WhatsApp availability, or that every defect will be corrected.
12. Liability
Liability exclusions and caps are governed by the applicable Order Form or service agreement and mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from the service.
13. General terms
The governing law, courts, dispute procedure, notices, and contracting entity are those identified in the applicable Order Form or service agreement. If no customer-specific agreement applies, these details must be confirmed with Reservo before paid service begins.
Reservo may update these terms for service, legal, or operational reasons. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the support contact in the account or service agreement.
