1. Trial period and first charge
Reservo may offer a 7-day trial when that offer is shown during signup or in a customer-specific agreement. The applicable checkout, Order Form, or service agreement controls the trial terms for your account.
Unless the applicable terms say otherwise, a paid subscription begins when the trial ends or when the customer confirms a paid plan. Customers are responsible for reviewing the plan and billing details before confirming.
2. Subscription and third-party charges
The current launch plan is displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) on the Reservo pricing page. The amount, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, and included usage shown at checkout or in a customer-specific agreement control the charge.
Third-party WhatsApp, messaging, AI model, payment, or provider fees may be charged separately by those providers and are not refundable by Reservo unless the applicable agreement expressly says otherwise.
3. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation through the support channel identified in the account or service agreement. Cancellation stops future renewals after the effective cancellation date; it does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.
Unless a customer-specific agreement states otherwise, access may continue through the paid billing period and fees for that period remain due.
4. When a refund may be available
- A duplicate or clearly incorrect charge is confirmed by Reservo.
- A paid service was not provisioned because of a material failure within Reservo’s control and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
- A refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised in a customer-specific agreement.
- Reservo approves an exception after reviewing the account history, usage, timing, and circumstances of the request.
5. How to request a refund
Send the request promptly through the support contact in the account or service agreement and include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Reservo may ask for information needed to verify the account and payment.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or financial institution. A refund decision does not automatically include third-party fees.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Customers should contact Reservo first when a charge appears incorrect so the issue can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate. A payment dispute or chargeback that is not supported by the account history may result in suspension while the matter is investigated.
7. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when pricing, billing providers, product terms, or applicable requirements change. The version in effect when a charge or refund request is reviewed will apply, subject to mandatory law and any customer-specific agreement.
Refund questions can be submitted through the Reservo support channel identified in the applicable account, Order Form, or service agreement.
